Preparing the sale of your apartment
The complete roadmap for selling your apartment. It explains what we need from you, how our online portal works and everything that will be arranged in the run-up to the sale. Read this document first, then all the attachments below will fall into place. Download the roadmap (PDF)
The attachments
These documents go with the roadmap. The first two are needed to get started, the rest help us present your apartment at its very best.
Service agreement
The agreement between you and us. Fill in your details and email the document back, we’ll then prepare it for digital signing. Once this is done, we can officially get started.
Explanation of the options
The agreement includes a number of optional services, such as the Meta advertising campaign, styling and the premium listing on Funda. This document explains each option and what it costs.
Neighbours & neighbourhood
Buyers love to know where they’ll be living. Tell us about your neighbours, the neighbourhood and what you enjoy most about your apartment. We share this with viewers.
Renovation details
Have you renovated or upgraded anything in recent years? Fill in what was done and when. A new kitchen, bathroom or boiler is valuable information for buyers.
Photo shoot checklist
How to get your apartment ready for the photos, video and 3D tour. A tidy, welcoming presentation makes for noticeably better images, and that shows in the selling price.
General consumer terms
The terms and conditions that apply to our services, drawn up in consultation with the Dutch Homeowners’ Association (Vereniging Eigen Huis) and the Consumers’ Association, among others. Good to keep on file.
VvE documents
Since you’re selling an apartment, we also need the documents of the VvE (the owners’ association):
- Minutes of the last two meetings
- Recent budget and annual accounts
- Overview of the monthly fee and reserve fund share
- Long-term maintenance plan (MJOP)
- House rules (if available)
- Building insurance policy
Tip: does the VvE have an online portal? Send us the login details and we’ll download the documents ourselves.
