The apartment

The neighbourhood
The Harry Koningsbergerstraat is in the Coronelbuurt in Slotermeer, a quiet and green residential area right on the border with Bos en Lommer and the new Stationskwartier Sloterdijk. You live with the space and calm of Nieuw-West, while the liveliness of Amsterdam-West is within easy reach.
For daily groceries, a good coffee or an evening out, you can walk or cycle to the Bos en Lommerweg and the Bos en Lommerplein. The new uptown Sloterdijk is right next door. So there is plenty of choice in supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and shops. Think of Bar Pepe, Abbey, Bret Bar and The Villy.
There is green on every side. The Erasmuspark and the Rembrandtpark are close by. You can walk straight into the Westerpark. The Jordaan is about ten minutes by bike, and in less than twenty minutes you are in the middle of the centre of Amsterdam.
Accessibility is excellent too. You reach Station Sloterdijk within a few minutes on foot or by bike, with fast train, metro, tram and bus connections to the centre, Schiphol and the rest of the country. Tram and metro station Burg. de Vlugtlaan is within walking distance. By car you are on the Haarlemmerweg and the A10 ring road within a few minutes.
So you live quietly and green, with Bos en Lommer around the corner and one of the best-connected stations in Amsterdam nearby.
The VvE
The owners' association (VvE) consists of 127 apartment rights and is professionally managed by Falcon VvE Beheer. The VvE is healthy and active. A long-term maintenance plan (MJOP) is in place and the service charges are €155.86 per month. There is also a live-in caretaker who is present in the building.
The ground lease
The apartment is on municipal ground lease (erfpacht), on a continuing basis. The ground rent is currently €30 per year and is indexed annually. The current period runs until 15 September 2031. As the new owner you have the option to switch to perpetual ground lease (eeuwigdurende erfpacht).
