The apartment

For a good cup of coffee, walk to Screaming Beans, Café Marcella or Café Meyer. Prefer an authentic Amsterdam pub? Café Oosterling, Café De Huyskamer, Café Krom and Onder de Ooievaar are established local favourites.
Amstelveld is also just a few minutes’ walk away, and there is always something happening here. On Mondays, it hosts a lively market, while flea markets are regularly held during the summer. On sunny days, you can play a game of pétanque or find a table on the terrace at Café Meyer. During the festive season, Utrechtsestraat is beautifully illuminated, while during Pride, the boats pass by literally around the corner.
