Look first, only then talk.

I prefer to walk through a home myself once before I say anything about it. Often I see straight away what makes a home stronger, usually without any renovation needed: slightly different lighting, a room laid out differently, or simply tidying up before the viewing.

As an estate agent I guide both sellers and buyers, from the first conversation to the key handover. I like clear agreements, contact with people, and negotiating sharply when it matters.

I know Amsterdam like the back of my hand, from the canal belt to the newer neighbourhoods. (This is a first draft, I will happily add to it myself.)
